Locally owned and headquartered in Dunedin, Florida, we have been involved in Internet Marketing and Web Design Services since 1995. In 1998 the company began development of its first web based search service for vacation rentals through www.reservationsdirect.com. This site was launched based on database technology for presentation of properties giving the customer total autonomy regarding the content including 24 hour access to modify the information. Since then our network has expanded to over 85 vacation travel destination sites for major vacation spots around the world allowing visitors to easily locate vacation homes, small lodging, hotels, golf resorts, and destination spas.

It was founded by Hans J. Hess, President -– who brings 30 years of experience in the computer industry and has been involved in software application development for most of those years.
