Payment Information
Payment Policies: Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. You may reserve a condo online, by phone, mail or in person at our office. A deposit of one-half of the total rent plus travel insurance and administration fee is required within 10 days from the day the reservation is made. A lease agreement will be mailed to you when the reservation is made and must be signed and mailed back to us along with your deposit.


Cancellations: Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, and you have to cancel for any reason, your money is not refunded unless we re-rent the condo for the same time period. Once the condo is re-rented and the first payment is received, your money is refunded less 15% of gross rent, plus non-refundable charges. Please be advised that it is extremely difficult to secure new rental agreements to replace those cancelled upon such short notice. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Transfers to other condos are treated as cancellations.


Arrival/Departure: Condos are available for check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every effort is made to insure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however, in some instances it is necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. There are no rebates for such late occupancy. If you anticipate arrival after 5:00 p.m., please notify our office ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for keys and directions. Condos will not be available for check-in earlier than 3:00 P.M.

Check-out time is by 10 AM. No Exceptions.
