Cancellations: Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, and you have to cancel for any reason, your money is not refunded unless we re-rent the condo for the same time period. Arrival/Departure: Condos are available for check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every effort is made to insure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however, in some instances it is necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. There are no rebates for such late occupancy. If you anticipate arrival after 5:00 p.m., please notify our office ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for keys and directions. Condos will not be available for check-in earlier than 3:00 P.M.

Check-out time is by 10 AM. No Exceptions.

Tax: State and city lodging tax is charged on the gross
